Job Duties
- Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
- Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- Conduct wine service
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure excellent guest service
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions
- Comply with state-mandated beverage service certificate requirements
