Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Capacity to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced, distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for entire shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or bar setting preferred but not required
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Skilled in customer service and communication
- Ability to operate Micros or similar POS systems
- Knowledge of food and drink menu items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Capable of maintaining professionalism and teamwork
- Able to follow company policies and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Maintain personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and alert managers as needed
- Follow bar recipes to control costs and maximize satisfaction
- Keep station clean and set up/take down appropriately
- Greet and serve guests promptly
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Understand menu items and answer questions
- Enter orders into Micros system correctly
- Complete station side work and manage sales records
- Operate Micros for transactions and end of shift accounting
- Ensure proper garnish and delivery of food trays
- Work efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- Participate in sales incentives and brand promotion
- Complete bar inventories and requisitions
- Perform opening/closing duties timely
- Assist in event setup and breakdown
- Support team members as needed
- Buss and reset tables
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back and maintaining drinks
- Maintain positive working relationships and morale
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Be friendly and smile frequently
- Follow dress code and appearance standards
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- Be at least 18 years old
