Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
Capacity to work in hot and cold environments
Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced, distracting conditions
Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand or walk for entire shift
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Commitment to follow dress code
Team player mindset
Good communication skills
Compliance with alcohol awareness policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in restaurant or bar setting preferred but not required
Ability to read and communicate in English
Skilled in customer service and communication
Ability to operate Micros or similar POS systems
Knowledge of food and drink menu items
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Capable of maintaining professionalism and teamwork
Able to follow company policies and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to company sanitation procedures
Maintain personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
Follow alcohol awareness procedures
Assess guest demeanor and alert managers as needed
Follow bar recipes to control costs and maximize satisfaction
Keep station clean and set up/take down appropriately
Greet and serve guests promptly
Take accurate food and drink orders
Understand menu items and answer questions
Enter orders into Micros system correctly
Complete station side work and manage sales records
Operate Micros for transactions and end of shift accounting
Ensure proper garnish and delivery of food trays
Work efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
Participate in sales incentives and brand promotion
Complete bar inventories and requisitions
Perform opening/closing duties timely
Assist in event setup and breakdown
Support team members as needed
Buss and reset tables
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back and maintaining drinks
Maintain positive working relationships and morale
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Be friendly and smile frequently
Follow dress code and appearance standards
Work in noisy, fast-paced environment
Be at least 18 years old
