Job Requirements

  • must have a valid food handler’s license
  • must have a valid TABC certificate
  • able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • willing to engage in training program
  • must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • able to work well as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • previous bartending experience in a restaurant or tavern setting
  • valid food handler’s license
  • valid TABC certificate
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of cocktail preparation and drink recipes
  • commitment to upholding company standards and values

Job Duties

  • serve patrons with beverages following established recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • provide excellent customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • collaborate with the front of house and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
