Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol as required by state law and company standards
- Availability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time and lift objects with some assistance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Commitment to great guest service
- Ability to comply with local alcohol service laws and company operating standards
- Experience in bartending or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
- Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
- Provide excellent guest service through effective communication and hospitality
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
