Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or bartender or another related field
  • Previous hotel-related or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts as required
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or at least one (1) year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or bartender or another related field
  • Previous hotel-related or customer service experience desired
  • Must be team oriented, empathetic, friendly and show initiative
  • Must be able to represent the hotel in a professional manner to hotel guests

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction for all guests through proper progression of service sequence
  • Be fully conversant with a wide array of specialty drinks and cocktails
  • Adhere to all pouring standards
  • Card all guests, not serve or allow service of alcohol to minors, not serve guests who appear to be intoxicated
  • Have the ability to service multiple tables and guests in an efficient manner
  • Know all menu item ingredients, be conversant with the cooking techniques of each item, know the correct presentation of each menu item
  • Know how to efficiently operate the POS system
  • In all guest interactions associate must always be professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
  • Performs other duties as assigned
