Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or bartender or another related field
- Previous hotel-related or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts as required
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or at least one (1) year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or bartender or another related field
- Previous hotel-related or customer service experience desired
- Must be team oriented, empathetic, friendly and show initiative
- Must be able to represent the hotel in a professional manner to hotel guests
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction for all guests through proper progression of service sequence
- Be fully conversant with a wide array of specialty drinks and cocktails
- Adhere to all pouring standards
- Card all guests, not serve or allow service of alcohol to minors, not serve guests who appear to be intoxicated
- Have the ability to service multiple tables and guests in an efficient manner
- Know all menu item ingredients, be conversant with the cooking techniques of each item, know the correct presentation of each menu item
- Know how to efficiently operate the POS system
- In all guest interactions associate must always be professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
- Performs other duties as assigned
