Job Requirements

  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Experience in bartending or mixology
  • Flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends
  • Ability to maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Knowledge of local and national alcoholic beverage laws
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work part-time or full-time shifts

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests, greet, thank guests and know regulars by name, their preferences, and needs
  • Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, liquor, ingredients of common and specialty cocktails and juices/natural refreshers
  • Know and inform guests about specialty beverages and answer questions about the menu
  • Deliver beverage orders according to standards
  • Maintain and follow financial procedures
  • Follow all local/national alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations
  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as needed
  • Always maintain a clean and safe work area inclusive of glassware, reach-in coolers and bar area fixtures
  • Assist in inventory as needed
