Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a similar setting
- strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage offerings
- ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- take and prepare drink orders accurately and efficiently
- maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed
- ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
- check customer identification to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- stay up-to-date on current cocktail trends and menu offerings
- collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
- attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
