Job Requirements
- must be of minimum age to serve alcohol
- one year experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry preferred
- responsible beverage service certification (can be obtained within 60 days of hire)
- food handler's certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- superior professional appearance and manner
- good character to work in a fast-paced team

- good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine

Job Duties
- assist guests in beverage and drink preparation
- service of the bar area and restaurant in an efficient and timely manner
- relate with guests about needs and satisfaction
- be knowledgeable about the menu drink offerings and standard drinks
- comply with Forbes standards within bar and restaurant outlets
- contribute to improving food and beverage sales revenues
- take and place orders accurately using the Micros system
- prepare guest check and collect payment
- operate and maintain all bar equipment and fittings
- ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times
- use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe work environment
