Job Requirements
- Valid Food Handling and Responsible Alcohol certifications
- Maintain professionalism at all times in social environments including social media
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects or tasks

- Availability to work within expected hours of operation including evenings, holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest services by providing a warm and inviting environment including greeting and acknowledging every guest
- Maintain elevated standards having product knowledge and a solid understanding of the mechanics of service and guest services
- Be knowledgeable in wine, cocktails or mocktails with emphasis on Japanese whisky and sake for pairings
- Communicate concisely with the General Manager and Chef de Cuisine for guest related allergy concerns
- Report on time and work the entirety of all services dressed and prepared for service
- Complete prep work and work cleanly and efficiently
- Connect with guests and make beverage recommendations
- Complete nightly and deep cleaning checklists
- Assist with inventory control and reporting low quantities of product
- Complete all required trainings as assigned
- Assist in other duties as assigned
