Job Requirements

  • Valid Food Handling and Responsible Alcohol certifications
  • Maintain professionalism at all times in social environments including social media

Job Duties

  • Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest services by providing a warm and inviting environment including greeting and acknowledging every guest
  • Maintain elevated standards having product knowledge and a solid understanding of the mechanics of service and guest services
  • Be knowledgeable in wine, cocktails or mocktails with emphasis on Japanese whisky and sake for pairings
  • Communicate concisely with the General Manager and Chef de Cuisine for guest related allergy concerns
  • Report on time and work the entirety of all services dressed and prepared for service
  • Complete prep work and work cleanly and efficiently
  • Connect with guests and make beverage recommendations
  • Complete nightly and deep cleaning checklists
  • Assist with inventory control and reporting low quantities of product
  • Complete all required trainings as assigned
  • Assist in other duties as assigned
