Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in fast-paced restaurant or bar
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties

- Manage bar area and maintain cleanliness and organization
- Operate POS system efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Communicate effectively in Spanish with team members
- Uphold strong team leadership and participate in conflict resolution
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
