Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience required
- Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
- Dependability-job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player is must
- Strong task and time management abilities
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a bartender
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong task and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Basic math and computer skills
- Understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and learn about their beverage preferences
- Answer customer questions and recommend menu items
- Prepare and serve beverages and food according to company standards
- Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance sales
- Create new drink recipes and maintain knowledge of mixology techniques
- Utilize proper equipment and ingredients for drink preparation
- Perform basic cleaning duties to maintain bar and workspace hygiene
