Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beers wines and spirits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and serving beverages
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend reach twist and use hands and arms continuously
  • Ability to lift 80 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beers wines and specialty drinks in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking and replenishing supplies glassware and garnishes
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying the age and identification of guests and refusing service to intoxicated individuals
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale system
