Job Requirements
- At least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Possess necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand and be active on feet for most of the shift
- Previous bartending experience in a similar high-volume environment
- Strong commitment to safety and sanitation policies
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience behind the bar in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment environment
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and one team mentality
- Knowledge of responsible beverage service certification where applicable
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality-create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them and recommending drinks they will love
- Mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while maintaining a clean and stocked bar area
- Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance player experience
- Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver excellent service ensuring every player feels like a VIP
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Live Topgolf’s core values by fostering a fun, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, and moving up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
