Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently

Job Duties
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Employees must be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers and colleagues
- Set up the bar according to hotel standards and ensure prompt service
- Prepare beverages and cocktails according to hotel mixing and presentation standards
- Serve guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Break down the bar after functions, storing liquor and supplies properly
- Follow all state liquor laws
- Abide by all hotel policies and safety rules
- Respond to guest problems, complaints and accidents
- Keep bar and service areas clean and tidy during service
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
