Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to prepare standard beverage recipes accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must comply with all state and local laws regarding alcohol service
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes
- Deliver exceptional guest service with genuine hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, beverage stations, and guest areas
- Monitor guests to ensure responsible drinking and compliance with legal regulations
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and friendly restaurant environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
