- able to bend at waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs for up to 25 feet
- able to stand and remain active for 8-12 hour shifts

- able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures during shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or food service preferred
- excellent customer service and people skills

Job Duties
- Roll clean silverware for service
- remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
- clean and reset bar after guests leave
- sweep bar area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
- assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
- escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way
- communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
- serve and pour alcohol legally according to state laws
- read recipes and make drinks according to standards
- help with food running
- adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
- follow manager directions throughout a shift
- interact with guests and help with guest needs
