Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- Valid Oklahoma Alcohol Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with facility recipes and state laws
- Provide a friendly, welcoming experience to all guests, maintaining high service standards
- Check identification to verify guests meet legal drinking age requirements
- Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area before, during, and after events
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, event staff, and fellow team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Support the setup and breakdown of bar service areas for events, tournaments, and private functions
