Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Ability to create classic and innovative drinks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Job Qualifications

- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and presentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Prepare and serve classic and innovative alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
