Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- completion of RAMP or TIPS certification if applicable
- ability to stand for entire shift
- physical capacity for frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping
- ability to operate POS system and handle money accurately
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible schedules
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide warm and friendly service to guests from greeting to departure
- possess proficient knowledge of menu items and explain choices to guests
- inform guests of promotions, happy hour specials, and upcoming events
- prepare drinks according to Primanti Bros. recipes
- ring up orders and time delivery according to guest requests
- follow up to ensure food orders are accurate
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- follow alcohol awareness procedures to identify age and prevent intoxication
- collect payments and balance POS system
- perform opening, shift change, and closing tasks
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- assist with other duties as assigned
