Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capability to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
  • Ability to work well within a team, paying attention to detail and multitasking

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with POS systems

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them warmly when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • Prepare all drinks accurately following the standard recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety standards
