Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work well within a team, paying attention to detail and multitasking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with POS systems
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them warmly when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- Prepare all drinks accurately following the standard recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety standards
