Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a bartender or in customer service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well in a team
  • attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly as they are seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening
  • restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest drink pairings, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare drinks according to standard recipes and presentation
  • accurately take and input food and drink orders into the POS system
  • ensure guests are well served by offering refills and clearing unused items
  • deliver checks promptly and thank guests for visiting
  • follow all food safety regulations
