Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work effectively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a bartender or in customer service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team
- attention to detail and multitasking ability
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques is a plus
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly as they are seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening
- restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest drink pairings, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare drinks according to standard recipes and presentation
- accurately take and input food and drink orders into the POS system
- ensure guests are well served by offering refills and clearing unused items
- deliver checks promptly and thank guests for visiting
- follow all food safety regulations
