- 2 or more years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beer and wine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong guest service skills
- warm confident and adaptive
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire)
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and standards
- Team player and enthusiastic to provide excellent and engaged service
- Food Handlers certificate

Job Duties
- Craft cocktails, mixed drinks, beer & wine service with consistency and quality
- Deliver exceptional guest interactions recommendations, upsells, and service with flair
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar (mise-en-place, garnishes, tools)
- Ensure responsible alcohol service (check IDs, monitor consumption)
- Manage cashouts, POS transactions, and bar closing/opening procedures
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to time drink service with food
- Maintain inventory, order bar supplies, and report shortages
- Help develop seasonal cocktail menus, specials, and promotions
