Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in bartending or a similar role
strong attention to detail
excellent communication skills
ability to work under pressure
willingness to maintain a professional appearance
legal age to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
excellent customer service skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
effective communication and interpersonal skills
previous bartending or barback experience preferred
willingness to learn and follow company standards

Job Duties

prepare and serve drinks to guests
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
provide excellent customer service to all bar patrons
interact positively with co-workers and front-of-house staff
manage bar inventory and restock supplies
adhere to all health and safety regulations
assist with bartending tasks as needed
