Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in bartending is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Age requirement to serve alcohol as per local laws

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as bartender or mixologist preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
Engage with guests to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Monitor and restock supplies as needed
Ensure responsible alcohol service
Collaborate with restaurant staff to enhance guest experience
Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
