Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and hold a valid bartender's license
- One year previous bartending experience preferred
- Thorough understanding of safe and perceptive service
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Ability to do basic math and handle cash
- Ability to work with Point of Sale systems
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to maneuver up to 150 pounds occasionally
- Ability to set up and take down banquet meeting fixtures
- Ability to push and pull carts up to 200 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
- Give personal attention and take responsibility while using teamwork to provide guest service
- Listen, apologize with empathy, find solutions, and follow through to resolve guest problems
- Maintain adequate levels of beverages and glassware at all times and display them attractively
- Maintain cleanliness of banquet bar cart at all times
- Provide prompt and quality service by preparing beverages and serving guests according to company standards
- Adhere to legal and hotel policies for beverage service and handle cash, checks, and credit cards accurately
