Job Requirements
- Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand portion sizes
- ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
- ability to operate a keyboard and point of sale procedures
- ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- must have excellent customer service skills
- must be able to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- high school education or equivalent preferred
- minimum of one year bar experience
- knowledge of spirits and wine
- ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty drinks

Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- maintain proper and adequate setup of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking of beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce
- maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily to ensure product quality
- greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes with prudent portion control
- abide by all state, federal, and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- input orders into a register at point of sale and create checks for guests to maintain beverage accountability
- receive cash from guests, make change, verify charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- lock and store beverage, food, and equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank
- comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
- perform any other job-related duties as assigned
