Job Qualifications
- Friendly and engaging demeanor
- Prior bar service experience
- ServeSafe Alcohol Certification a plus
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Bi-lingual experience a plus
- High School Degree or GED preferred

Job Duties
- Serves food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to brand standards
- Interacts verbally with bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Greets guests, answers questions, makes suggestions regarding food, drinks, and promotions
- Completes assigned opening and closing side work
- Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks
- Presents guest checks and handles payments and credit transactions accurately
- Processes employee and manager food orders
- Relays food orders to kitchen via point-of-sale computerized system
- Manages service of alcohol complying with state, federal, company, and brand policies
- Participates in clearing and resetting the bar
- Occasionally serves guests in Carside To-Go service
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices to guests
- Drives sales through suggestive selling and creating a legendary customer experience
- Participates in Local Store Marketing to drive bar traffic
- Removes trash and garbage from service area to dumpster
