Job Requirements

- prior bar service experience
- friendly and engaging demeanor
- reliable transportation required

- serve safe alcohol certification a plus

Job Duties
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to brand standards
- interact verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and drinks
- complete assigned opening and closing side work
- slice fruit and vegetable garnishes
- present guest checks and handle cash and credit transactions
- process employee and manager food orders
- relay food orders to kitchen via point-of-sale system
- manage service of alcohol according to all applicable laws and company policies
- participate in clearing and resetting the bar
- occasionally serve guests in Carside To-Go
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- explain and demonstrate usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices
- drive sales with suggestive selling techniques
- participate in local store marketing to increase bar traffic
- remove trash and garbage from bar area
