Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a bartender and server, ideally in a high-volume hotel or resort setting
- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as per local, state, or federal regulations
- Availability to work weekends
- Ability to lift, push, pull, place, and carry objects weighing up to 50lbs

- Exceptional knowledge of mixology, including craft cocktail preparation and presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging with a diverse range of guests
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Availability to work weekends
- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as per local, state, or federal regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, beverages, and menu items with precision and creativity, adhering to the Omni Tempe Hotel's high standards of quality
- Engage with guests to provide a memorable experience, offering recommendations and personalizing interactions to meet guest preferences
- Ensure the bar and serving areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked, maintaining a safe and inviting environment for guests
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed
- Comply with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Work flexibly across bartending and serving roles, ensuring seamless service
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge
