- possess applicable state health and alcohol compliance card
- Illinois Food Handler Certificate required

Job Duties
- Welcomes guests personally using enthusiastic words and body language
- makes guests feel appreciated through your actions
- works as a team with all personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient food and beverage service
- keeps all areas cleaned and stocked to company standards
- mixes, garnishes, and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes
- inputs drink orders into computer, collects money, and makes change
- arranges bottles and glasses to maintain attractive bar display
- washes and sterilizes stemware
- counts drinks served and tracks open bar tabs
- anticipates guest needs and follows the half-full rule when offering another drink
- learns guests’ names, occupations, and favorite drinks
- responsibly serves alcohol while monitoring guest intoxication levels
- performs other duties as assigned
