Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capable of standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and pay close attention to details
- Must be able to multitask efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartender or related hospitality experience is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure guests are well attended to by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- Deliver and settle checks promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
