Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capable of standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and pay close attention to details
  • Must be able to multitask efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bartender or related hospitality experience is beneficial
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure guests are well attended to by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
  • Deliver and settle checks promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
