Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending or serving experience in a full scale restaurant
- Availability to work all shifts and days including holidays with rotating shifts
- Ability to work in low-light and smoking environment
- Ability to stand for full shifts
- Strong communication skills in noisy environments
- Ability to card and monitor guests
- Ability to manage intoxication situations
- Must follow company alcohol policies strictly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year previous bartending or serving experience in a full-scale restaurant
- Ability to observe and manage guest intoxication professionally
- Strong customer service and communication skills in noisy environments
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays
- Ability to stand for entire shifts
- Knowledge of alcohol dispensing rules and procedures
- Basic math skills for balancing monies and reports
Job Duties
- Provide an atmosphere where guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience
- Observe and understand if guest has reached intoxication level and handle the situation appropriately
- Card all guests who appear younger than 30 years old without exception
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Take drink orders cordially while maintaining professionalism and avoiding fraternization
- Follow all company alcohol metering and dispensing rules and procedures
- Be responsible for the accuracy of monies collected and balance monies at the end of shifts
- Run designated reports and other accountability reports
- Read and comprehend instructions, correspondences and complete necessary forms and reports
- Perform all other duties as assigned
