Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
- Must have physical abilities to carry out job functions including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be physically able to dance
- Must have coordination to consolidate and coordinate guest needs at the bar
- Must be able to carry food and beverages

Job Duties
- Mix drinks for guests directly or through service staff
- Maintain a clean and organized bar
- Acknowledge guests immediately
- Provide an enjoyable bar experience
- Ensure food items are served at proper temperatures
- Be visible behind the bar to assist guests and staff
- Adhere to timing standards for products and service
- Consolidate service to increase table turns
- Demonstrate speed and accuracy in drink preparation
- Know all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail offerings
- Apply positive suggestive sales techniques
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Educate team members on drink recipes
- Document and minimize waste
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety
- Follow all recipes and cleaning tasks as per schedule
