Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training
- Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- Must possess reliable transportation
- Reliable, consistent work attendance

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service in a high-volume atmosphere, delivering a positive experience to all bar patrons
- Present themselves professionally, maintaining a clean and approachable appearance while anticipating guests' needs
- Be knowledgeable about the drink menu, specials, and ingredients to make recommendations and answer guest inquiries
- Collaborate with teammates, including barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff, to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service
- Remain positive and friendly when addressing customer complaints or issues, resolving them promptly and professionally
- Assist with bar opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning, and preparing the bar area
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
