Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol as required by company standards and state law
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to lift objects with some assistance
Willingness to work a flexible part-time schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent optional
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Commitment to great guest service
Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar area
