Job Requirements
- eligible to work in the united states
- sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- warm and professional demeanor reflecting the company culture
Job Qualifications
- combination of education and experience relevant to bartending
- completion of bartender certification is a plus
- previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with mixology techniques and drink recipes
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- commitment to professional customer service standards
Job Duties
- craft classic and creative beverages that delight guests
- mix and serve drinks in a timely and professional manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- manage bar inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- provide exceptional customer service and engage warmly with hotel guests
- report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
