Job Requirements

  • eligible to work in the united states
  • sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
  • ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • warm and professional demeanor reflecting the company culture

Job Qualifications

  • combination of education and experience relevant to bartending
  • completion of bartender certification is a plus
  • previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • familiarity with mixology techniques and drink recipes
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • commitment to professional customer service standards

Job Duties

  • craft classic and creative beverages that delight guests
  • mix and serve drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • manage bar inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
  • provide exceptional customer service and engage warmly with hotel guests
  • report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
  • adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
