- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your area)
- At least 2 years of bartending experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Follow all company safety and security policies

Job Duties
- Verify customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- Keep track of inventory and restock as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Open and maintain tabs for customers during their visit
- Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient service
- Comply with all health and safety regulations (OSHA, HAZCOM, Blood Borne Pathogens)
