Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age, 21 years of age in OK, VA and NC
- food handler and state alcohol certificate required
- previous high volume bartending experience preferred
- availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
- must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
- greet guests warmly, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences
- keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware, cleaning up spills, and disposing of trash
- monitor bar inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Bar Manager
- assist with restocking and organizing supplies as needed
- accurately process cash and credit card transactions using the point-of-sale system
- ensure proper change and receipts are given
- adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol
- verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
- work effectively with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience
- address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- escalate issues to management when necessary
- assist with the set-up and execution of private events and special promotions as needed
- stay informed about new beverage trends and techniques to continually improve bartending skills
- perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
