- Ability to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping kneeling pushing pulling or lifting
Job Duties
- Create prepare garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
- Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
- Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work
- Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
- Prepare and present final bill process payment and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
