Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Legally authorized to work in the country
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be of legal drinking age according to local laws
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending or relevant food and beverage experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and related regulations
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Delivering exceptional beverages in an energetic atmosphere to our guests
Provide full menu service while maintaining clean surroundings
Lead the team in upholding responsible alcohol service standards
Support with executing to go experiences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Engage with guests to create authentic connections
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
