Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Able to work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Able to read and write handwritten notes
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster’s experience
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- Able to dress in proper dress code requirements looking neat, clean and professional
- Able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to attention of a manager
- Follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product, control costs and maximize guest satisfaction
- Keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately
- Greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Accurately take guests’ food and drink orders
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
- Enter orders into Micros quickly and in proper sequence, using appropriate modifications and charges
- Responsible for all sales on personal Micros keys and completing station side work at the beginning and end of shift
- Demonstrate ability to operate Micros, make changes, accurately conduct credit card transactions and account for all monies at the end of each shift
- Ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to the designated bar areas and other sections in the restaurant as needed
- Work quickly and efficiently adhering to “Full hands in, Full hands out” philosophy
- Participate in all incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand
- Complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as requested and required
- Complete opening and closing duties in a timely manner
- Assist in party set up and breakdown
- Assist other team members as needed or as business dictates
- Buss and reset tables as needed
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency
- Listen to hear guests' orders and needs, and communicate with guests and other team members verbally via Micros system
- Be friendly and able to smile frequently
