Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of drink mixing and bartending techniques
- Basic math skills to handle transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Greet customers and seat them with a smile upon arrival
- Prepare the bar stations including pour stations and glassware before opening
- Replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts for upselling
- Prepare drinks according to standards using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
