Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred
- basic knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork skills and attention to detail
- familiarity with POS systems
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended to, offer drink refills, and remove any items not in use
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
