Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred
  • basic knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • familiarity with POS systems

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well attended to, offer drink refills, and remove any items not in use
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
