Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • prior bartending or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customer is well attended to, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle bills in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
