Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions and orders
  • knowledge of beverage preparation techniques
  • ability to stand for extended periods and multitask
  • attention to detail and ability to follow standardized recipes

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening, and restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
