Job Requirements
- Minimum age 21 to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must complete all required training programs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or relevant customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to memorize drink recipes and adapt to new menus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with customers to provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Adhere to all alcohol service laws and regulations
- Train and mentor new team members as part of the internal leadership development program
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service
