Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of drink preparation and recipes

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- take food and drink orders accurately and enter them properly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well cared for, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the check promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
