Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of drink preparation and recipes

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • take food and drink orders accurately and enter them properly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well cared for, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the check promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
