Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of bar experience
- Knowledge of spirits and wine
- Ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty drinks
- Basic mathematical skills
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain proper and adequate bar set-up daily including requisitioning and stocking supplies
- Manage stock, cutting, and storing fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, and perishables daily to ensure product quality
- Greet guests courteously and promote drink orders while mixing and garnishing beverages to standard recipes
- Comply with all State, Federal, and Corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages
- Input orders into the register and manage guest checks to ensure accountability
- Handle cash transactions accurately, balance money, and secure deposits
- Lock and store all bar equipment and cash at closing
- Comply with attendance rules and work regular shifts as required
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
