Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
work days, nights, and weekends as required
able to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
able to work in noisy, fast paced environment
must be able to read and write handwritten notes
able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
able to stand or walk 100% of shift
able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
dress neat, clean, and professional at all times

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
skilled in effective guest communication
ability to read and communicate in English
knowledge of food and beverage menus
ability to operate Micros or similar POS system
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work in fast-paced environment
familiar with alcohol awareness standards

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to sanitation procedures
maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
follow alcohol awareness procedures
assess guest demeanor and report issues to management
follow bar recipes to control costs and maintain quality
keep station clean and set up/take down tables
greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
accurately take guests' food and drink orders
maintain thorough understanding of menu items
enter orders into Micros system efficiently
complete station side work at shift start and end
operate Micros and handle money accurately
deliver food and drinks as required
work quickly following "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
participate in sales incentives and contests
complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
complete opening and closing duties
assist in party setup and breakdown
assist other team members as needed
bus and reset tables
ensure guest satisfaction by checking back and pre-bussing
maintain favorable working relationships with team members
listen and communicate effectively with guests and team
maintain friendly demeanor and smile frequently
