Job Requirements

Ability to legally serve alcoholic beverages
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a bartender or mixologist preferred but not required

Job Duties

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to Applebee's specifications
Engage with guests to provide authentic and energetic service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Follow all safety and health regulations related to alcohol service
Collaborate with team members to ensure fast and accurate service
Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
